Memorial service: 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, at Laurel Land Chapel of the Chimes in Fort Worth.
Donald Frank Peacock born in November of 1941 passed away on Wednesday February 4, 2015. He was born to Dow and Elizabeth Peacock in Fort Worth. Donald graduated Everman High School with the class of 1961.He joined the United States Air Force in 1962 and served his country proudly until 1966. Being in the Air Force allowed Donnie to see a lot of the world, the pyramids in Egypt and many other places he may not have traveled to otherwise. Donald was a 40 year member of the Deer Creek Masonic Lodge in Everman and also a member of the Shriner’s Organization. He was also a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. Although he was a man who enjoyed staying home as opposed to going out, he loved his family dearly. His family will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 28 years, Mary Lou Peacock and his parents.
Donald is survived by his daughters, Angela Emert and husband Brian, Melissa Jobe and husband Kevin, grandchildren, Shaun Evans, Brandon Evans, Larame Davis, Torry Jobe, Chantal Jobe, brothers, Mike Peacock, Bill Peacock and wife Faye, and special lady, Mary Flaharty as well as extended family and many dear friends.
