North Richland Hills- Donald “Pappy” Jones, 73, loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away Saturday, Sept. 8. 2012.

Celebration of Life: 11 a.m. Friday at Life Church in North Richland Hills. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Life Church at 7850 Davis Blvd. North Richland Hills, TX 76182 Family will make a donation in support of his favorite charities.

Pappy went home to be with the two loves of his life, his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and his adoring wife Dorothy. After 35 years he retired from the post office and subsequently worked as a greeter at Wal-Mart. Pappy impacted everyone he came in contact with. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy, and a daughter, Donella.

Survivors: His son, Dana; daughter Darla; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
