A Visitation will be held on Monday, November 28, 2022 from 10 am to 10:30 am, followed by a Graveside Service at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel and Cemetery, located at 7301 E Lancaster Ave, Fort Worth TX, 76112.
Dixie was born in Fort Worth to Robert E Lee Marshall and Frances Marie Massey Marshall on July 5,1944.
She went to school at Eastern Hills High School. After high school she earned her nursing degree. Then she worked as an ob/gyn nurse for many years.
She was also the owner of the Courtyard restaurant in Fort Worth TX. She was involved in many community organizations. Dixie enjoyed traveling, cooking, many casino trips, and her biggest passion was her pets, particularly her dogs, Buddy and Bonnie Faye.
Dixie is preceded in death by her father Robert E Lee Marshall, mother Frances Marie Massey Marshall, brother Allen Curtis Marshall (Buddy), son Brent Edward Anderson, and a host of many long-time friends.
