Derick Lornel Bailey

Derick Lornel Bailey Jr. was born December 11, 1993 to Sidney and Latasha Freeman in Inglewood, CA. He was the first born of 3 children. Derrick obtained his education while residing in Dallas, TX. at North Crowley High School. He furthered his education at E I.C Electrical Engineering of Dallas, TX. DJ had a heart for sports, such as, football, track, and basketball. DJ loved video games; he was very skilled in computer programming. DJ was very respectful, common, loving, kind and most of all, obedient. He loved his family and friends.

DJ was employed with J. Meg Electrical contractor for 2 years and was very dedicated.

He was preceeded in death by his two loving grandmothers, Reatha Barnett and Ms. A. Bailey.

He leaves to cherish his memory a loving mother and father, Sidney and Latasha Freeman; one sister, Trinity Freeman of Dallas, TX; two brothers, Sidney Freeman Jr. of Dallas, TX and Darvin Harris of Deridder, LA.; two God sisters, Sarah and Dan Vanderpool of Barstow, CA and Sharhonda Kilpatrick of Dallas, TX.; one nephew Daeleon Kilpatrick; two loving grandmothers, Carol Shelby of Hattiesburg, MS. and Zanobia Freeman of Deridder, LA.; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
