Born in Fort Worth, David was the son of the late Lillie Mae and Chester Audie Seal.
David Seal was a graduate of Pascal High School and Texas Wesleyan College.
David’s first job was delivering newspapers from a bicycle. Upon graduating from high school, he joined the United States Navy where he served his country for three years. While in the Navy, David developed a passion for photography and used that talent to work his way through Texas Wesleyan College where he graduated with a degree in Accounting. He used his Accounting knowledge while working for 30 years as an Auditor for the Internal Revenue Service. During his tenure, David earned numerous awards for his service.
David was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Fort Worth. David was also a member of the Masonic Grand Lodge of Texas, Southside No.114 and was a 32nd degree Mason. He was a life-long lover of cars, flying aircraft, and photography.
David is survived by his wife, Susan Williams Seal; daughter, Sharee Maday; stepdaughters, Laura (Gus) Potamousis and Julia (Josh) Powell; his canine companion, Owen; Uncle Paul (Betty Sue) Seal; and five grandchildren.
Due to COVID restrictions, the funeral arrangements will be limited to the family. Interment will be at Laurel Land Memorial Park.
