KELLER -- Darrell Means, 78, of Keller, TX, passed away on April 14, 2015 following a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. All six of his daughters and wife
were by his side in his final weeks.
Service: Calling hours will begin at 1:00 PM on Saturday at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel at 6001 Rufe Snow Drive Ft. Worth, TX. The funeral service
will follow at 2:00 PM. Father Jerry Kittredge will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in memory of Darrell be sent to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America(alzfdn.org).
Darrell was born in Rothschild, WI on September 5, 1936. He graduated from D.C. Everest High School in Rothschild, WI and continued his education at The
Milwaukee School of Engineering, before joining the US Air Force in 1955.
Darrell was married to Nathalie Mary Means (Grissman) on August 21, 1956; they were happily married for 58 years.
Darrell worked in Marketing Support at IBM for 30 years. He enjoyed technology, traveling, hunting, dancing, playing the accordion and guitar, and spending t
time with his family and friends.
Survivors: Darrell is survived by his wife Nathalie and children, Linda Kingman and husband Bill, Debbie Dolan and husband Bill, Lori Pratt and husband
Richard, Julie Elmer and husband Dave, Kim White and husband Brad, Joy Kajiwara and husband Kevin; sixteen grandchildren and eleven great-
grandchildren; his brother Rodney Means and wife Gwen and sister Ralene Cerise and husband Joe.
He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
