Blake, as he was known by most family and friends, was born on July 8, 1994 in Dallas, Texas to parents, Tammy L. and Robert L. Golden. He was raised in Irving until 2005, when the family made their move to Fort Worth. Blake was always very active and was involved in many sports activities. From a young age he always enjoyed the outdoors, enjoying many trips dove hunting with his father and brother, and boating, camping, and fishing with family. He was a graduate of Saginaw High School's class of 2012, and he later completed a Bachelor's Degree at Universal Technical Institute in July of 2013.
After obtaining his degree, Blake became a Diesel Technician and worked for a couple of companies in the Metroplex. His knowledge and generosity often had him stopping to help anyone that was stranded on the road without hesitation.
Blake was a free spirit and open-hearted soul. His kindness and loving nature always showed in how he was willing to help family and friends alike. His joy and great sense of humor was shared with many friends as he enjoyed going out dancing in The Fort Worth Stockyards. There was rarely a dull moment when Blake was around. His joy and love for life will forever live in the hearts of those blessed to have shared in his journey. A loving son, brother, uncle and friend will be dearly missed.
Blake was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Patricia Gale Marr; paternal grandfathers, Herman Leslie Golden and LD Huffstutler; great-grandparents, Ada and Walter Vineyard; Uncle, Doug Golden; and niece, Kaley Brooke Lansdell.
Left to cherish Blake's memory are his parents, Tammy L. and Robert L. Golden; sister, Kristie Lansdell, and husband, Tony; brother, Brian, and wife, Kelsey; nieces and nephews, Bryleigh, Kynlee, Hayden, Camryn Lansdell, and Wyatt Golden; paternal grandmother, Deneen Huffstutler; aunts, uncles, other relatives and numerous friends.
