CYPRESS -- Sonny Pawkett, 78, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016.

Service: 2 p.m. Friday in Laurel Land Memorial Park.

Sonny was born March 15, 1937, in Houston.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Pawkett.

Survivors: Daughters, Terre Bird and Jaime Moore; and sister, Bonnie Durgin.
