Charles Melvin RIGSBY, age 81, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021. Charles was born October 10, 1939, in Fort Worth, Texas to Frank Rigsby & Katie Mae Malone. He attended school in Fort Worth and graduated from I.M. Terrell High School. He accepted Christ at an early age and was called by God to preach the word. He served his country for 20 years in the U.S.A.F. where he fought in the Vietnam War; later Retiring from Kessler A.F.B. & Retiring from Civil Service in Biloxi, Mississippi. Rev. Rigsby was preceded in death by his Parents and one Brother Ollie Lee Ledbetter. He leaves to cherish his memories five children: Mrs. Karen (Willie) Smith from Biloxi, Mississippi; Rev. Tyrone (Bertha) Rigsby from High Point, North Carolina; Mr. Melvin Rigsby from Wilmington, North Carolina; Mr. Robert (Brad) Rigsby from Clearwater Florida; Ms. April Rigsby & her Daughter Alyssia from Gulfport, Mississippi; One Brother Pastor Edward (Johnnie) Malone from Fort Worth, Texas; Two Sisters Evangelist Malinda Bowman from Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Evangelist Paula Handford from Fort Worth, Texas; Nephew & Pastor Myron (Laurie) Scott from Fort Worth, Texas and a host of relatives & friends. He was loved and will be missed by all.
