Carolyn was survived by Her daughter, Alice Denise Vaughn, Her grandchildren, Reba Marie Vaughn, M'Kaylia Vaughn, Melissa Vaughn, Christopher Vaughn, Her great-grandchildren, Zayden Benavides, Quinn Marie Benavides, Her brothers, Robert Thomas, Randy Thomas, Charles Thomas, Her nieces, Ashley Thomas, Brittney Thomas and Her Aunt Barbara Cassidy.

Carolyn was preceded in death by Her husband Don Seibert, Her parents, Carrel and Evelyn Thomas, Her brother, Larry Wayne Thomas, Her aunts, Doris Potter and Nita McFadden and Her grandmother, Ester Eddington.

Carolyn will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her. She is now dancing in Heaven with the angels.

God gave us an angel to love on earth, He whispered her name so sweetly. She touched our lives with grace and joy, Now we miss her ever so deeply. She went by many names this one, Yet her mission never waivered. Mommy, Nanna, Sister, Aunt, Friend. Her presence we all savored. Now Jesus called her home to stay, He missed His angel He had sent. She is now at home where she belongs, Carolyn Marie the angels sang when through the golden gates she went!
