Bobby Gene Clayton

He proudly served his country in the Army National Guard. He retired from Lennox Industries and the City of North Richland Hills. He was a devoted member of Faith Creek Church for over 50 years.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Ann Clayton; daughter Rebecca Gomez and her husband Manny; daughter Denise Hill and her husband Dennis; grandchildren, Justin Whitmire, Krystle Whitmire, Erika Ferry, Ashlyn Hobbs, Lauren Hill and Skylar Hill; great grandchildren, Kaden Newkirk, Reba Whitmire, Kyla Cox, Tucker James, Paisleigh Milner, Sawyer Whitmire, Sloan Hobbs, Brooks Whitmire, Duncan Ferry, Jacoby Hobbs and Paxton Whitmire; siblings, Billy Clayton, Mildred Isbell and Jenny McDonald and several nieces, nephews and other family members.

Preceded in death by his parents James and Mellvirdia Clayton.

Family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm, Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Home, 6001 Rufe Snow Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76148. Funeral Service will be held at 12 noon, Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Faith Creek Church, 6931 Baker Blvd., Richland Hills, Texas 76118. Graveside Service will be held at 3:30 pm, Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Oakwood Cemetery, 145 Oakwood Avenue, Jacksboro, Texas.
