He was born in Fort Worth, Texas on October 4th, 1967. Billy graduated from Crowley High School. He was married to Terri Scott on July 27th, 1992.
Billy worked with the City of Burleson for 20 years. A devoted member of the Texas Trophy Hunters Association, he had a passion for the outdoors and hunting.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Helen.
Survivors include his loving wife of 31 years, Terri; children, Sheila and partner, Tim, and Melissa and husband, Daniel, and Brandon and wife, Paige, six grandchildren, Bryce, Brooklynn, Emma, Sophia, Avalynn, Savannah; Brothers, Jeff and Randy.
Celebration of life arrangements will be held at 12 noon, February 1st at Pathway Church in Burleson, Texas, 325 NW Renfro Street, Burleson, TX 76028.
