Service: 12:30 p.m. Friday March 2, 2018 at Laurel Land Chapel of Chimes. Visitation: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Laurel Land. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park.
Billie Ann was born in Fort Worth, Tx to William George and Zetta Ann Ashlock, at the family home on October 28, 1935. She lost her mother at the age of 5 and was raised by her father and grandmother. She married Jack Osborn in 1951.
Billie is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Osborn; parents; sister, Carolyn Ashlock; and daughter, Melodie Clower. Survivors; Billie Ann is survived by her daughters, Jacqueline Barnes of Saginaw, and Kellie Osborn of Fort Worth; granddaughter, Cathryn Sledge and husband Dean of New Braunfels; grandson, Patrick Clower and wife Mindy; great granddaughter, Avery; and great grandson, Walter due in March of White Settlement; brother, William Ashlock, Jr. and wife Betty of Tolar; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
