Betty was born February 22, 1941. She was a loving Christian and a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Saginaw, since 1971. She was a caregiver at heart, whether it was her children, grandkids, mother or mother-in-law. Betty loved her family and friends and extra guests were always welcome in her home. Betty enjoyed reading her Bible everyday, as well as a good romance novel.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Tom & Myrtle Sanders, husband: John Pittman, two sons: Gary and Lee Pittman, and brother: Floyd Sanders.
She is survived by her daughter: Linda Pittman, two great-nieces that she raised as her own: Cortney Cantu and Celena Rodriguez, three sisters: Jamie Christian, Martha Mansel and Joyce Byrd, five grandkids: Johnny, Billy, Dalton, Lauren and Erica, numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and many friends who will miss her dearly.
