Audie Murphy, affectionally called "Chocolate Muffin· with the Frow, Murph, Finni, Fuzzy, and Finn" by family and friends, was born 18 May 1962, in Detroit, Michigan, to William Ames Murphy and Louise Flemings. He graduated from Finney High School in Detroit, Michigan and joined the U.S. Air Force in August 1986; received an Honorable Discharge as Sgt. for a job well done in August 1995. Additionally, he also received honorable Mention from the Systems Acquisition School, Brooks,Jr. Force Base, San Antonio, Texas for exceptional work done. On 3 November 1986, Audie and Brenda joined in holy matrimony Detroit, Michigan. Audie was employed with Verizon Wireless Irving, Texas for 18 years in the Verizon Tariff Business Department. He received his Certification of Ordination as a deacon from the Great Commission Baptist Church, Fort Worth, Texas om 15 July 2021 under Dr. Pastor Douglas E. Brown.

A beautiful bouquet of special nieces: Shalesia "Lisa" Edwards-Smith, Bettye Edwards¬iuise of Detroit, Michigan, Sherrye Bardley of Starkville, Mississippi, Chandra Allen of Grand Prairie, Texas and Rubye Cook of Arlington, Texas.
