

Funeral: 4 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Funeral Chapel, 2901 Texas Ave., South College Station. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel in Fort Worth and 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Funeral Chapel in South College Station.
Mr. Parsons was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ. He married Mary Belle Frame on June 16, 1946; she passed away to be with the Lord on Oct. 14, 2006. On Jan. 1, 2008, he married Lena Burnes and they loved each other for four sweet years. Aubrey lived his life to tell people about Jesus and to bless the lives of children, both his own children and grandchildren and countless others who found shelter and love in his home. Aubrey loved flowers, woodworking, painting and just using his many talents and resources to bless others.
After retiring from Arizona Public Service Co., he preached for Lometa Church of Christ. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.
Survivors: Children, Curt Parsons and wife, Jan, of Keller, Dr. Marshal Parsons and wife, Meta, of Matthews, N.C., Carl Parsons and wife, Renee, of Ruidoso, N.M., Denise Tapia of LaPuente, Calif., Heidi Deeds and husband, Johnny, of Denton, CC Parsons of Lometa, Michelle Hafemeister of El Paso and Jacob Tsosie of Diboll; stepdaughters, Glena Burnes Rogers and husband, Fred, of Lewisville and Donna Mitchell of Bedford; 30 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
