Annie Bell Carter Wiley Was born to Roy Carter and Willie Black Carter on May 1, 1939 in Streetman, Texas. She Then came to Fort Worth, Texas where she received her formal education at Como Elementary School and Como High. After graduation she worked at several places and retired from Smith Kline Pharmaceuticals. She accepted Christ at Strangers Rest Baptist Church and served as announcement clerk, choir member and youth department helper. She gave birth to three beautiful children: Debra Miller, Delena Williams and Furmia Nealy. She married Hilrige Wiley and shared over 50 years together. Annie was known for her sweet spirit, affectionate smile and her famous pineapple cake. She loved being around her family and church friends. She always shared her wisdom and love and made a lasting impression where ever she went.
Annie Bell will go on to reunite with her parents: Roy Carter and Willie Black Carter, her siblings: Lula Mae Carter Meacham, Patricia Carter Henry and Roy “Bud” Carter, her youngest daughter: Delena Faye Williams, her grandchild: Clyde “CJ” Williams.
She leaves behind a legacy for her family and loved ones to remember her by are: husband Hilrige Wiley, her children; Debra Miller and Furmia Nealy (Karinna Nealy); her step-children, Debra Cunningham (Charles Cunningham) and Kenneth Wiley; her siblings; Margaret Washington, Charles Carter (Peggy Carter), Lois Carter and Roy Lee Carter; her grandchildren; DeAndrea Greer (Thris Greer), Paul Baccus, Alandria Baccus, Kaelin Williams, Matthew Nealy, Julianna Nealy and Brittany Nealy; her great grandchildren; Talia Greer, Patrick Weatherall, Isaac Baccus, Cadie Baccus, Dakota Baccus, Caliyah Williams Lauryn Allen and a host of other nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones.
