Wayne Served in the Army from 1973 to 1979. After serving his country, Wayne worked for Waste management and Republic Services, retiring in 2018.
Wayne leaves to cherish his memories, his Wife Sheila Barnett; his son Wayne Williams; stepchildren, Muriel Chapman and Corey Chapman; sisters, Wanda Berry and Brenda (Eric) Whitehead; brothers; Thomas (Gloria) Williams, Larry (Josie) Morrison, Reggie Dewayne (Demetrich) Cunningham; aunt, Loisten Kurtz.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Andrea Williams, Rosalie Ford and Debra Collins; brothers, Jimmy Morrison, Terry Morrison, Fred Morrison, Michael Williams and Kevin Williams.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at D. O. McComb & Sons, Funeral Homes – Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. The family will also greet friends at the Funeral Home from 12:00 to 1:00 PM on January 18, 2025.
