WANDA F. WOODS, 65, of New Haven, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2011, at St. Joseph Hospital. Born May 6, 1945, in Huntington, she worked for various trucking companies as a Secretary and Dispatcher for 30 years. She also worked as a Secretary for WANE-TV. She attended New Haven Joy Fellowship Church and was a member of Teamsters Local 414. Surviving are daughters, Kristi (Rev. Matthias) Snodderly of New Haven and Kimberly (Steven Sr.) Perry of Fort Wayne; grandsons, Adam and Jacob Snodderly and Steven Jr. and Seth Perry; brother, Delphas Woods of Fort Wayne; and sister Shirley Woods of Edison, Tenn. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Woods and Bessie Henthorn; and brothers, Williard and Jerry Woods. Funeral service is 1 p.m. Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road with visitation one hour prior to service. Pastor Matthias Snodderly officiating. Visitation also from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at the funeral home. Burial in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, New Haven, Ind. Preferred memorials to the family.
