TRUMAN FOSTER, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2014. Born Nov. 9, 1948, in Newbern, Ala., he was a son of the late Henry and Louise McQueen Foster. He attended school in Newbern, Ala. Truman moved to Mobile, Ala. where he made his home for many years and made many friends. He decided along with some of his friends to move to Fort Wayne where he called home until death. He loved fishing, hunting and working on cars, and was one of the best handymen in Fort Wayne. He leaves to cherish his memories two sons, Henry Connor and Marcus Terlosky; stepson, Michael Terlosky; two devoted stepdaughters, Tonya and Nicole; five sisters, Irene "Sis" Lewis of Newbern, Ala., Emily Walker and Julia Jones, both of Nashville, Tenn., Ethel and Rose Foster, both of Flushing, N.Y.; and one sister-in-law, Claudia Mae Foster of Mobile, Ala. Truman was blessed with a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and many friends, many very devoted friends George & Midas who traveled many times to and from Alabama with him. He was preceded in death by four brothers, George, Willie, Roosevelt, and Henry Jr.; one sister, Ann Gettis; and one brother-in-law, Johnnie Lewis. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 1, 2014, at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Wayne Street Chapel, 420 W. Wayne St., Fort Wayne (IN 46802) with visitation one hour prior.
