Stanley Daniel Karnik, 77, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at his home. Born August 27, 1944 in New York, N.Y., he was a son of the late Stanley W. and Olga (Halatyn) Karnik. Stanley had proudly served in the United States Coastguard. He was also the founder of Legal Chop Shop and owner of Capitol Cleaners. A highly motivated and happy man, he was always kind, generous, and eager to help others. He was a godly man who called upon God, prayed, and was curious of afterlife. He loved his family dearly and would do anything for them. He is survived by his wife of over 40 years, Sue (Halle) Karnik of Fort Wayne; son, Edward Clifford of Mesa, Ariz.; sister, Bobbie (Al) Forgacz of South Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.
