Sally A. Lordier, 80, of Fort Wayne passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016. She was born on August 19, 1935, a daughter of the late Ralph Dager and Eileen Kintz-Dager. She worked as a secretary at Boy Scouts of America and later at Avis. She was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church, Euchre Club, and Old High School Friends Club. She also volunteered at St. Therese Catholic School. She was an avid reader, enjoyed doing cross-words, puzzles, and word searches. The family would like to give a very heartfelt thank you to all the staff of Heritage Park for taking such good care of Sally. Surviving family include her husband, Max E.; daughters, Stacey (Randy) Harruff-Parker and Angela (Patrick) Filler; five grandchildren, Taylor and Colin (Jhayla Gerardot) Harruff, John Paul and Andy Filler, and Jared Parker; one brother, Richard (Janice) Dager; in-laws, LuAnn (Greg) Hinshaw and Denny Nichter. She was preceded in passing by her brother-in-law, Devon Lordier. Mass of Christian burial will be 11:00 am on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 2304 Lower Huntington Rd., Fort Wayne with viewing one hour prior. Visitation will also be from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Rd., Fort Wayne. Burial will be in Prairie Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made to American Alzheimer’s Association or American Kidney Foundation.
