Ronald L. Eiter, 67, of Fort Wayne, died on Wednesday April 23, 2014, at his home. Born on November 23, 1946, he was the son of the late Lyle Eiter and Marjorie Eiter, who survives. A veteran of the US Navy, he was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church, Highland Lodge #762 F&AM, Master Mason, the Scottish Rite, and the Mizpah Shrine and worked for Dana Corp. and the City of Fort Wayne. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sue Jen Eiter; children, Denise Eiter and Kevin Eiter; and cousins, Katherine, Jan and Thomas. He was also preceded in death by his cousin Jackie.
Funeral service will be 11 AM Monday April, 28, at Greenlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior to service. Calling will also be held from 2 to 6 PM Sunday April 27, at the Funeral Home, with a Masonic Service at 6 PM. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne. Memorial donations may be given to the American Cancer Society.
