Arrangements under the direction of Klaehn, Fahl, Melton Funeral Home, Fort Wayne, IN. Visitation is at the Wayne Street Chapel 12 P.M. to 1 P.M. with the service at 1:00 P.M. Rev. Mike Wakeland is officiating. Burial is at Lindenwood Cemetery. He is survived by wife Sophia and daughters Gini Monohollen, Tami Evans, Kati Cooley, Lara Evans and son James Jackson. Also surviving are his mother, Phyllis Kaufman; sisters Laurie Clawson, Linda Doll and brother Grover Belcher, Jr.
