Robert Dale Sowers Sr.

Robert Dale Sowers Sr., 30, passed away on October 10, 2018. He was born in Fort Wayne on May 14, 1988. Robert attended North Side High School, and worked at Omni Source for some time. Some of the things Robert enjoyed were bowling, and soccer and he was an avid Pittsburg Steelers fan. More than anything, being with his son, Robert Jr. was how he most enjoyed spending his time, and making precious memories with his family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Cheryl (Timothy) Kelly; devoted companion, Krystal Gramling-Sowers; son, Robert Sowers Jr.; sister, Amber (Nate) Sowers-Herd; step-sisters, Margo Kelly and Mary (Jarod) Kelly-Brown; and step-brother, Michael (Chriss) Kelly. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Bonnie Bernard; Grandma and Grandpa Kelly; and uncles, William Gaskill and Anthony Bernard. Funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46805, with calling 2 hours prior. Memorial contributions may be made to his son in care of Krystal Gramling.
