Richard W. "Rick" Erickson

Richard W. "Rick" Erickson, 72, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, on March 26, 1951. Rick attended and graduated from Tinley Park High School. He spent many years working at different telecommunication companies, most recently working 20 years at AT&T. Beyond his dedication to his career and family, he was a music enthusiast and avid reader. Rick is survived by his wife, Catherine (Cwiak) Erickson; and son, Matthew Erickson. He was preceded in passing by his parents, Richard Harold and Ruth Selena (Stirrat) Erickson. A memorial service will be 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior.
