Phyllis Y. Myers

Phyllis Y. Myers, 93 passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2022. Born August 18, 1928 in Tippecanoe, Indiana, she was a daughter of the late John and Jessie (Smith) Shepeard. Phyllis worked for Dana Corp. for several years. She enjoyed reading, shopping, watching sport and flowers. Phyllis is survived by her children, Ann (John) Butler, Steve (Sherill) Myers, and Nancy Kinney; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in passing by her husband, Kenneth Myers; and daughter, Carol Buchanan. A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Monday, June 13, 2022 at Klaehn, Fahl, & Melton Funeral Home 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46819 with visitation beginning at 11am. Burial to follow the service at Covington Memorial Gardens. Contributions in Phyllis' memory may be made to American Heart Association.
