PAUL F. WITTE, 87, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at St. Annes Home. Son of the late John C. and Gladys (Richmond) Witte. He was a Marine in WW II and worked 18 years with the U. S. Postal Service, and was a self employed cabinet maker for 40 years. He was a member of Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Fort Wayne Artist Guild and Fort Wayne Art Source. Surviving is his wife, Patricia M. (Muldoon) Witte of Fort Wayne; daughters, Mary (Mike) Veth of Tucson, Ariz., Anne (Jerry) Neizer of Fort Wayne, Denise Roudebush of Roanoke and Joellen (Mike) Ionni of Naperville, Ill.; sons, Jerry (Judy) Witte and Mark (Kris) Witte both of Fort Wayne, Tom (Mary) Witte of New Lenox, Ill., Tim (Lois) Witte of Warsaw and David (Eileen) Keaveney of Durham, N. C.; 25 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by brothers, Monsignor John C. Witte and Norbert Witte; son-in-law, Kent Roudebush. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Friday, July 6, 2012 at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, 1515 Barthold St., with visitation one hour prior to service. Father Joseph Gaughan officiation. Visitation also 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2012 at C. M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St. Burial at Catholic Cemetary. Memorials to most Precious Blood School or Turnstone.
