Paul F. "Fred" Fields II, 51, of Columbia City, Indiana, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022. Born on February 1, 1971, in Palm Beach, Florida, he was a son of the late Paul F. and Elizabeth (nee Fick) Fields.
Fred worked at Hyndman Industrial Products, with over 10 years of service. He is survived by his children, Paul F. Fields III of Fishers, IN, and Brooke (Kyle) Mills of Fort Wayne, IN; granddaughter, Hadley Mills; and his sister, Angel Vinson.
A funeral service to honor Fred's life will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 24, 2022, at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, with calling from 1:00pm, until time of service.
