Norman R. Myers, 71, passed away Monday, September 11, 2017. He was born in Decatur, IN on February 20, 1946, the son of the late William and E. Lucile Myers. Norman attended the Ohio State University where he graduated from with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Norman was the owner of Myers CPA Group in Fort Wayne for over 30 years. He was very involved at the County Line Church of God and was an avid fan of Ohio State Football. Surviving are his daughters, Cherie (Robert) Farrell, Melody (Michael) Braun, Chanda (Gregg) Koepke; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Myron Myers; and his beloved cat, Bucky. Norman was preceded in death by his wife, Sonia Myers in 2010. Funeral service is 11:00 am, Saturday, September 16, 2017 at D. O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, with calling 1 hour prior. Visitation also at the funeral home, Friday, September 15, 2017, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Burial will take place in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the County Line Church of God or the Allen County SPCA.
