Naomi Ruth Winchester Rood, 104, passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at Woodview Health Care. Ruth was born September 10, 1906 in Madison, Ohio. She was a member of Plymouth Congregational Church and P.E.O. Chapter AB, and a graduate of Oberlin college. She married Henry F. Rood in 1929, who preceded her in death in 1994. She is also preceded in death by her son, David A. Rood. She is survived by sons, Win (Sarah) Rood, and Douglas Rood, both of Fort Wayne, and grandaughter Jill (Brad) Noyes of Fremont, IN. Funeral Service is 1:00pm Wednesday at Klaehn, Fahl and Melton, Wayne St. Chapel, 420 W.
