Miriam worked as a secretary for Kadex Corporation in Ft. Wayne. She loved to travel with her husband and siblings to various places. Miriam was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Kendallville, IN and a member of Eastern Star.
Miriam lived for many years at Big Turkey Lake in Stroh, IN and after her husband's death, returned to Ft. Wayne. She lived at Towne House for a number of years and most recently at Golden Years Homestead where she was well cared for by the loving staffs.
Surviving are her nephew, Kevin Roe and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Hardy, four sisters and her parents.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 2pm with calling 1 hour prior at D.O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Rd., Ft. Wayne, IN 46815.
