MARY L. LINNEMEIER, 78, of Fort Wayne, died on Friday, April 23, 2010, at Freseneus Medical Center. Born Feb. 7, 1932, in Fort Wayne, she was employed as a sec-retary at Bethlehem Suburban Lutheran Church for 30 years, retiring in 1997, and was also a member. She is survived by her husband, Harold L. Linnemeier of Fort Wayne; one son, Gary (Maggie) Linnemeier of Newbury Park, Calif.; one daughter, Wendy Lorenzen of Fort Wayne; brother-in-law, Larry Smith of Fort Wayne; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents, Clarence and Louise (Koop) Gerding; and sister, Doris Smith. Service is 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Bethlehem Suburban Lutheran Church, 6318 California Road. Pastor Bill Mueller officiating. Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
