Mary Agnes McClarty Barlow

MARY AGNES McCLARTY-BARLOW, 87, "left us" on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013. Born on St. Patrick's Day in 1925, she was a daughter of William and Adelina McClarty. True to her Irish heart, she loved to dance, to sing and to laugh. Surviving are her daughters, Maureen (Tom) Thompson of Fort Wayne, Cheryl Paulson of Tampa, Fla. and Patricia Barlow of Biloxi, Miss.; sons, Shaun P. of Biloxi, Miss., Rev. William R. (Melody) of Muncie, Ind. and Kerry C. (Arnita) Barlow of Navarre, Fla.; and one brother, William McClarty of England. In her lifetime she was also blessed with 16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William N. Barlow Sr.; son, Kevin S. Barlow Sr.; brother, Francis McClarty; and sister, Jane Cecilia Allenby. Service is 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, with visitation one hour prior. She will then be laid to rest in the family plot in Northern Ireland.
