I had the privilege of serving as Marlon's principal for several years during his elementary school years. We struggled at first, and had to both look hard at ourselves to build a strong working relationship. Marlon once said to me, "Mr. Cline, I don't change until you change." Marlon taught me so much about working with kids. He helped make me a better principal and a better person. Thank you, Marlon for your impact on me which has also had a positive impact on the many students for whom I have served following our time together.
