Mark was a beloved father and grandfather whose greatest passions were his studies in historical fiction, creative writing, and caring for his pet gerbils. He is remembered for his immense kindness, honesty, resilience in adversity, and his bottomless love he showed to those around him.
He is survived by his devoted daughter, Natasha D. Emerick, and her husband, Beaux Jones; his treasured grandson, Atomsk "Atom" Emerick-Jones; his sisters, Laura Emerick and Celeste Lengerich; his nephew, Scott Lengerich; and his ex-wife, Nadia Emerick, all of whom will carry his legacy and kindness forward with grace and love.
