Mae C. Tatum

Mae C. Tatum, 85, of Fort Wayne, passed away, Monday, November 12, 2012. She was born on March 23, 1927 in Franklin County, Tennessee to the late James I. and Ollie E. (Dodson) King. She graduated from Cowin High School. She worked for Cover-All Rental for 28 years and at Covington Manor for 27 years. She will be remembered as a great mother and grandmother. Surviving family include her children, James F. Tatum, Jr. of Fort Wayne, Joan C. Hoover of Ohio, Jerry W. Tatum of The Philippines, Johnny (Debbie) Tatum of Fort Wayne, Karen Tatum of Fort Wayne, Sharon Tatum of Fort Wayne, Paul (Linda) Hall of Fort Wayne; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Mary Daggett, Emma Neal, James D. King, and John G. King. Besides her parents, she was preceded in passing by her husband, James F. Tatum, Sr. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Prairie Grove Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
