Lynn A. Milner, 88, passed away January 25, 2025, at Ashton Creek of Fort Wayne, IN. He was born August 5, 1936, in Kansas City, MO, the son of George Allen and Gerturde Milner. He earned his bachelor’s from Ball State University. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force from 1960-1964. Lynn worked in maintenance control for the US Post Office in Fort Wayne, for 17 years, from 1974-1992. He was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
Lynn is survived by his children, David L. Milner of Fort Wayne, IN; Karen L. Milner of Colorado Springs, CO; Gregg A. (Rhonda) Milner of Columbus, OH; John R. Milner of Fort Wayne, IN; grandchildren, Mason Milner, Clayton (Megan) Milner and Carrigan (Elson) Hatia.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret L. Milner, March 1, 2020; grandson, Tylor; and sister, Sue Milner.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Friday January 31, 2025, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 4916 Trier Rd. Fort Wayne, IN, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Thursday, January 30, 2025, at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Homes - Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Ave. Fort Wayne, IN. Committal and Burial at Lindenwood Cemetery.
