Dear Grandma, 
I didn’t know you that well but the memories I have are nice. I remember meeting you in the 80’s for the first time and couldn’t believe how pretty your dark long hair was. You made me a beaded Indian style necklace that I loved wearing. We visited you in Florida once when I was around age 5, my first Christmas with palm trees!  I visited your home a few times in the 90’s. You shared neat stories about The Bailey’s that I’ve never heard. You always had a passion for Michigan, the Mackinac bridge walk, glassware trinkets and had some fun ‘ladies only’ beach vacations! 

You had a big circle picture frame hung on the wall with all your grandkids except for me. I would have love to be included and included as part of your grandchildren, but understand it was hard for you. You’re the only Grandparent I’ve ever known, I enjoyed your laugh and how much my Dad   looks like you.  Grandma, I hope you rest in peace.

Dear Aunt Lois,
 There is a hole in our hearts now that you have gone but I know that you are resting peacefully in the arms of God.  Ever since I was a baby you have been in my life and I will miss you dearly but cherish the memories and all of our adventures together. I know that you are dancing and singing with the angels and please give my Love to everyone in heaven.  Love Diane

Oh dear sweet sister Lois I would give anything to have you in my life once more. Every flower every tree every song reminds me of you. I still cry several times for you. Just know how much I loved you and have wonderful sweet memories of our time together and all the great fun. You will be missed everyday by me. Now that you have climbed the stairway to heaven take care of all of those there. Until we meet again. Love and miss you forever.

You was such a wonderful woman! The girls and I surely are going to miss you, however we are so blessed to have so many great memories with you volleyball games,  birthdays,  different school events for the girls, Halloween, Florida,  random visits and talks on the phone for 20/30 minutes over silly things, and most of all your favorite hot air balloon shows boy the smile on your face at those shows were priceless.  We love you so much! 

Oh Grandma, what can I say.  I am so sad you had to leave us here on earth, but so glad that you have reached your forever place. I know that you will always look over me and those you love and for that I am grateful.   I will never forget the time you took me to get my first haircut..  I hated that pixie cut so much..  😂🤭 and right after that you made it up to me and took me to Mackinac Island. It was the best time with you and I will always cherish that.  Thank you for always supporting me and my girls in everything we do.  You will always be in my heart.  I love you so much!!

Lisa and I are so joyous that Mom is in Heaven now, perfect in every way,  with all of her loved ones and grand dog!  We can not imagine the wondrous joy and love and warmth  that she is experiencing.  We will miss her dearly but would not take away from her what she has now, and doubt that she would trade anyway! :)   Our separation is only temporary, let us never forget that.  We Love you Mom and please don't hesitate to visit us all down here in any way you can!
