Leon was married to Sharon Koehlinger on April 19, 1958. He worked in sales as an account manager, and a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church and the Mizpah Shrine.
Leon is survived by his wife, Sharon; daughters, Pam (Mike) Campbell of North Canton OH, Pat (Tim) Reynolds of New Haven IN; and son, Mike Jones of Kendallville, IN; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Frank (Betty) Jones of Warsaw IN; sister-in-law, Myrna Luse of Minneapolis MN; 3 nephews and 1 niece.
A funeral service to honor Leon's life will be held at 5pm on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 4700 Vance Avenue, Fort Wayne, with calling beginning at 3:00 pm, until time of service. Arrangements by D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne.
