On February 10, 2024, Katherine K. Fromm got her wings and went to walk with the angels. She was 71 years old. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Kathy's dream was to be a grandma and her dream came true in 2017. Her granddaughter Izaiah Fromm was born and the two were the best friends from the start. She was more than happy and proud to be the central figure in the life of her granddaughter. Anyone who knew Kathy knew that she was a star in the eyes of her loved ones, and that's all that ever mattered to her. Kathy is survived by daughter Heather, and granddaughter Izaiah, brother Lawrence(Stephanie) Simpson, sisters Cheryl(Larry)Karbach, Diane(David) Kester, sister-in-law Kelly Simpson. Kathy was preceded in death by parents James and Anna Mae Simpson, and brother Robert Simpson. A celebration of life service will by held at 1:00 pm Saturday March 30th, 2024 at Hockemeyer Miller Funeral Home 6131 St Joe Road Fort Wayne, Indiana 46835.
