Obituary of Judy Rae Sarrazin
Judy Rae Sarrazin, 80, of Laotto, Indiana, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2022 at home with family at her side. She was born July 5, 1941, in Erie, Pennsylvania, to the late Lucian Jean and Grace Audell (nee.Willis) Neuls. Judy had a quiet spirit. She loved children, and for many years she worked at Churubusco Child Care Center, and as a Foster Parent. She was a longtime member of Sugar Grove Church of God. Judy was a graduate of Northside High School and was an avid reader. She was blessed with the gift of creating beautiful flowers that she shared with many by donating to many organizations. Judy was married to Robert D. Sarrazin for 39 years until his passing in July of 2000. In addition to her parents and her husband, preceding her in death were her brother, Frederick Neuls; and sister, Martha Ann Neuls Shiveley. She leaves to cherish many fond memories her son, Tom (Dawn) Sarrazin; birth-daughter, Anna Marie (Larry) Holst; daughter, Kathy Grabner, and son, Brad Sarrazin; 13 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 28 foster kids; and many other relatives and friends. Judy will be dearly missed by her loved ones. A memorial service to honor Judy's life will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, with calling beginning at 2:00 pm, two hour prior to the service. Pastor Tim Grable will bring words of comfort to the family and friends that attend. In-lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her honor may be directed to the Churubusco Child Care Center 111 Home Ave, Churubusco, IN 46723.
