Juanita M. Weber, 94, passed away Monday, November 20, 2017 in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, IN, Juanita worked as a Directory Assistance Operator with GTE for 38 years, retiring in 1986. She was a life-long member of St. John Lutheran Church and Quilting Club. Juanita was a 1941 graduate of Central High School. She loved reading and listening to music. Surviving are her sister-in-law, Martha Weber of Fort Wayne; nieces, Christina Gilliom of Fort Wayne, Ann (Jae) O'Day of Indianapolis, Donna Weber of Fort Wayne and Marcy Jackson of Spring Lake, MI; nephew, David (Karen) Weber of Fort Wayne; and 4 great-nephews. Juanita was preceded in death by father, Herman Weber; mother, Opal Blodgett Weber; brother, Donald Weber; and sister, Marjorie Weber. Service is 1:30 pm, Friday, November 24, 2017 at St. John Lutheran Church, 729 West Washington with an hour of calling prior to the service. Burial in St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
