Jerry L. Drake, age 79, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023. Jerry was born in Marion, Ohio, and was the son of the late James Ellsworth and Clare Olive (Whittaker) Drake. He retired from GTE after 37 years. Jerry was a SGT in the United States Air Force. He graduated college with an Associate Degree in electrical engineering. He is survived by his wife Jacklin (Hines) Drake, daughter Tiah Drake, son Jeffrey (Ann) Drake, grandchildren Joshua Drake, Samatha (Wyatt Traxler) Drake, and a brother James(Donna) Drake.
