JEREMY M. FOSTER, 36, passed away Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018, at home, in Fort Wayne after a lifelong battle with MS. He is survived by his loving mother, Kelly (Hamid) Raffieed; father, Steven Foster; sisters, Samantha Raffieed and Claire Foster; brother; Antonio (Christina) Raffieed; nephews, Hayden and Austin Raffieed; and grandmother, Judith Lerch. Service is 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2, 2018 at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home with calling one hour prior.
