Surviving are his daughters, Rachael K. Reed, and Jacklyn S. Reed; granddaughter, Telsa H. Carpenter; ex-wife, Julie A. Reed; brother, James S. Reed; sister, Jody S. Patterson; as well as 4 nieces and 3 nephews. Jeffrey was greatly loved by his family and will never be forgotten.
Funeral service will be 1:30pm, Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home (1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne), with calling one hour prior to service. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
