James H. Kolkman

James H. Kolkman 96, passed away Saturday February 6, 2021 at his home in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born March 4, 1924 Fort Wayne, IN to the late William and Alda Kolkman. He was a WWII U.S Army Veteran. He worked for the U.S Post office for 25 years and retired in 1989. His memberships include Faith United Methodist Church, American Legion Post 82 and the D.A. V. He enjoyed reading and family gatherings.

He is survived by his children, Linda (Randy) Revert Fort Wayne IN; Janet Kolkman Fort Wayne IN; William (Patricia) Kolkman Fort Wayne IN; Donald Kolkman, Steven (Claudell) Kolkman Fort Wayne, IN; Nancy Miller Sharpsville, IN; step children Steven Doan, Holly Doan, all of Fort Wayne, Dawn Stone, 25 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 38 years Revella M. Kolkman and his first wife Audry Kolkman in 1977, siblings William Kolkman, Ilo Lefevra, step son in law John Stone.

Private Funeral Service will be 10 am Tuesday February 16, 2021 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home 1140 Lake Ave Fort Wayne, IN, Please join the family virtually for the livestream service at D.O. Mccomb and Sons Lakeside Park Facebook page. Visitation will be Monday February 15, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8 at the funeral home. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Faith United Methodist Church.
