He was born December 11, 1956, in Chicago, son of the late James and Adriana Klouse.
He was in sales most of his working years, from owning PJ’s Pizza in Chicago to selling Mac
Tools, Bosch industrial tools, and the last 23 years with Mitchell I, selling auto mechanic
software. He frequently achieved Top Performer status.
He retired in 2023 and then went on to volunteering 5 days a week.
Jim loved his family and was a very loyal husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.
He was an avid reader and long-time fan of the Cubs and Bears. He was so proud of his
grandkids.
Jim attended Pathway Community Church and was a long-time volunteer at Community
Harvest Food Bank, serving for over 14 years. He also volunteered at Lighthouse Ministries
for the past 2 years, and was a Big Brother for 8 years with BBBS of Fort Wayne.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Susan Klouse; son, Jim Klouse, of Palos Park, IL;
daughter, Amy (Juan) Fuentes, of Chicago, IL; stepdaughters, Mollie Ohneck of Fort Wayne,
IN and Leah (Ian) Mosher of Fort Wayne, IN; sister, Christina (Wally) Matys of Lakeland, FL;
and 6 grandchildren, Lillian, Eva, Olivelle, Enzo, Lucia, and Elisa.
Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 am Friday, March 14, 2025, at D.O. McComb and
Sons Funeral Homes - Pine Valley Park, 1320 E. Dupont Road Fort Wayne with visitation one
hour prior. Visitation also from 5:00 - 8:00 pm Thursday, March 13, 2025, at the funeral home.
