James was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, December 17th, 1984 to Sylvia A. Bibbs and Michael L Oliver, at St. Joe hospital. He grew up with four brothers, LaShawn Bibbs, Fredirick Bibbs, Tracy (Michelle) Bibbs and Michael Bibbs, all of Fort Wayne, Indiana; two step-brothers, Michael Oliver and Markus Oliver of Bluffton, Indiana. He had a slew of aunts, uncles, and cousins. James graduated from Wayne High School. In 2010 he began living with his brother Tracy, Michelle, and their son Traylen. Over the years he enjoyed watching movies, eating different foods, and spending time with family. He loved to drink his coffee and be outside with his niece and nephews. James was a pure soul and was always up to help anyone. He loved to work on the house and cars with his brother. He loved to make ramen noodles for his niece for she only liked it when he made them for her. He took his role as uncle serious. He was funny, outgoing, loving, and an amazing person. James went to be with his mother in heaven December 7th, 2024 at home. He survived by his brothers; LaShawn Bibbs, Fredirick Bibbs, Tracy Bibbs, and Michael Bibbs; step-brothers, Michael Oliver and Markus Oliver.
