Jacqueline Kay Weber

Jacqueline Kay Weber (Smith), was born on May 10th, 1968, in Fort Wayne to Don and Louise Smith. She passed away on June 18th, 2023. She attended North Side High School and obtained her associates degree from Ivy Tech. She worked at Lutheran Hospital as a respiratory Therapist for 25 years. Jackie loved traveling to new places, spending time at the lake and being with her two children. Jacqueline loved nothing more than spoiling her grandson and being a grandma was her ultimate role. She is survived by her sister, Donna Pett, of Chicago, IL, her two children, Brittany Miller, of Dallas, TX and Sam Sheray of Warsaw, IN; her son-in-law, Kyle Miller; grandson, Elijah Miller. Jackie was predeceased by both her parents; a brother, Robert Smith; a sister, Roberta (Bobbie) Campos. A memorial gathering will be on Saturday, July 8th, from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM.
